9-Day Itinerary

DAY 1-3

Mount Etna & Taormina

Your Sicilian adventure begins on the enchanting eastern coast of Sicily, where the fertile slopes of Mount Etna meet the sparkling Ionian Sea. For the first three nights, guests will settle into a refined luxury boutique retreat nestled among vineyards, citrus groves, and ancient lava-stone terraces. The property has received international acclaim and was highlighted among the destinations associated with the *New York Times' "52 Places to Go"* selection for Sicily in 2020, thanks to its commitment to sustainability, local gastronomy, and authentic Sicilian hospitality.

Upon arrival, guests will enjoy time to unwind and absorb the beauty of the estate before gathering for the first exclusive culinary experience: a hands-on cooking session inspired by the rich traditions of Sicilian cuisine. Using seasonal ingredients sourced directly from the estate's organic gardens and surrounding farms, participants will discover the flavors and techniques that have made Sicilian cooking one of the Mediterranean's most celebrated culinary traditions.

The following day will be dedicated to discovering the timeless charm of Taormina, Sicily's most elegant seaside town. Strolling along the picturesque Corso Umberto, guests will explore artisan boutiques, sophisticated fashion stores, ceramic ateliers, gourmet delicatessens, and charming cafés tucked into flower-filled piazzas.

Highlights of the visit include:

* The magnificent Ancient Theatre of Taormina, offering breathtaking views over Mount Etna and the sea. * The tranquil Public Gardens of Taormina. * The panoramic terraces overlooking Isola Bella. * Elegant shopping opportunities featuring Sicilian ceramics, handmade jewelry, artisanal linens, local gourmet products, and luxury Italian fashion.

The evening offers the perfect opportunity to enjoy Taormina's sophisticated atmosphere before returning to the serenity of the Etna countryside.

Day 4-6

Salina, Aeolian Islands

After breakfast, guests will travel north to Messina, where they will board a hydrofoil boat for a scenic crossing to the legendary Aeolian Islands, a UNESCO-listed volcanic archipelago rising dramatically from the Tyrrhenian Sea.

The destination is the verdant island of Salina, renowned for its vineyards, caper fields, crystal-clear waters, and relaxed elegance.

For the next three nights, guests will stay at a beautiful, luxurious retreat surrounded by Malvasia vineyards and offering extraordinary sea views.
