Booking Your Tour

How to Book: Share with us the Italian region that captures your heart, or reach out directly via email for personalized recommendations. Let our latest experiences spark your inspiration…

Once you have selected your preferred experience, we will present you with the available dates, and a summary of the tour. To ensure optimal travel conditions in Italy, we advise visiting in May or September, when the weather is pleasant and the crowds are more manageable.

Group Size

We cherish intimate group settings, from 2 to a maximum of 10 guests, delivering personalized care and a truly immersive journey. Once we reach the desired number of guests (of course, this doesn’t apply for a group of 2…), we will notify you, and you will be asked to reserve your spot.

Reserve Your Spot: To confirm your place on a tour, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required.

Final Payment: The remaining balance is due two months before the tour begins



Payments

All tour payments are accepted in euros (€). After your reservation is confirmed, you'll receive a secure proforma invoice link for easy payment via Bank Transfer. (Credit card payments are welcome for amounts up to €1,500.)

Cancellation Policy

Non-Refundable Balance: Once your tour is fully paid, the balance is non-refundable.

Exceptions: If you must cancel due to health or family emergencies, we'll make every effort to fill your spot. Should we succeed, a refund may be possible, though this cannot be guaranteed.

Our Commitment: If, on the rare occasion, we need to cancel the tour, rest assured we will refund all payments in full.

 


Travel Insurance

Please note that we are not a travel agency, so we highly encourage all our guests to secure comprehensive travel insurance.

Why It Matters: Protection against flight delays, lost luggage, and unforeseen incidents is crucial for a worry-free journey.

Tip: Don’t forget to check your credit card or bank services—many include travel insurance as part of their perks.
