Upon receiving your travel preferences and ideal time of year, we will curate a selection of available dates and present an overview of your bespoke Italian journey. For the most enchanting experience, we recommend visiting in May or September, when Italy’s landscapes are at their most radiant and the ambience is serene, far from the bustle of high season.

Following your approval of the tour summary and dates, you will be asked to reserve your spot. To initiate the process, my agency requires a deposit of €300, which is redeemable at the time of booking. Please note that in the event unforeseen circumstances preclude your tour, this deposit will regrettably be forfeited. Once that’s settled, you’ll receive your full itinerary and price per person, including handpicked hotel options.

Reserve Your Spot:

We cherish intimate group settings, from 2 to a maximum of 10 guests, delivering personalized care and a truly immersive experience. Once we reach the desired number of guests (this doesn’t apply for a group of 2…), we will notify you, and you will be asked to reserve your spot. Kindly note that pricing is calculated per person according to group size, with costs being higher for a party of two than for larger groups.

To confirm your place on a tour, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required.

Final Payment: The remaining balance is due two months before the tour begins. Kindly note that a second partial payment may be required before the final payment, contingent upon the hotel and other suppliers’ reservation policy.

Payments

All tour payments are accepted in euros (€). After your reservation is confirmed, you'll receive a secure proforma invoice link for easy payment via Bank Transfer. (Credit card payments are welcome for amounts up to €2,500.)

Cancellation Policy

Non-Refundable Balance: Once your tour is fully paid, the balance is non-refundable.

Exceptions: If you must cancel due to health or family emergencies, we'll make every effort to fill your spot. Should we succeed, a refund may be possible, though this cannot be guaranteed.

Our Commitment: If, on the rare occasion, we need to cancel the tour, rest assured we will refund all payments in full.

Travel Insurance

Please note that we are not a travel agency, so we highly encourage all our guests to secure comprehensive travel insurance.

Why It Matters: Protection against flight delays, lost luggage, and unforeseen incidents is crucial for a worry-free journey.

Tip: Don’t forget to check your credit card or bank services—many include travel insurance as part of their perks.
