Once we receive your preferences and your desired time of year for travel, we will provide you with a brief tour summary. To ensure optimal travel conditions in Italy, we advise visiting in May or September, when the weather is pleasant and the crowds are more manageable.
Following your approval of the tour summary, we’ll issue an invoice for our travel design fee. Once that’s settled, you’ll receive your full itinerary and handpicked hotel options. When the hotel selections are confirmed, we’ll issue a deposit invoice to secure your reservations and provide details for the remaining balance.
Our Service Fee
Our tailor-made itineraries are designed for journeys of 10 days or longer.
For shorter adventures, the planning investment remains equivalent to a 10-day itinerary.

Cancellation Policy
Hotel bookings: To confirm your hotel reservation, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required. The balance payment is fully refundable if cancelled 60 days before arrival.
Our fee: Due to the bespoke nature of our work, the planning fee is non-refundable.
Travel Insurance
We highly encourage all our guests to secure comprehensive travel insurance.
Why It Matters: Protection against flight delays, lost luggage, and unforeseen incidents is crucial for a worry-free journey.
